Every Mahadasha divides into exactly nine Antardashas, cycling through the same nine-lord classical sequence, and — as a fixed rule — the FIRST Antardasha of any Mahadasha is always ruled by that same Mahadasha's own lord, before moving to the next lord in sequence.
